There are some amazing poems that even decades after they were written, are remembered by the majority of people. No doubt you will recall one such poem by Joyce Kilmer (1886-1918) called TREES. The famous first stanza goes:
"I think that I shall never see a poem as lovely as a tree."
This sweet smiling squirrel was photographed at UT by a dear friend of mine and inspired me to write a squirrel poem... a tribute to the breathtaking beauty of our beloved squirrel brothers and sisters!
