To Run with the Squirrels!

What does it take to be great?

Some people say it takes discipline...
Others say it takes respect;
"You must think like a squirrel!"
"As long as I have legs,
I will run with the squirrels!"

To lead people, run beside them...
As for the best leaders (squirrels),
the people do not notice their existence.
The next best, the people honor and praise.
The next, the people fear;
and the next, the people hate...
When the best leader's (squirrels') work is done,
the people say,
"We did it ourselves~"
